Experts tell us that social distancing will slow the spread of the Coronavirus. Take these steps to take care of yourself while you stay home.

Keep your appointments.
Home visits are a safe way to limit your exposure while still receiving the care you need.
If you think there is a chance you have the virus and have trouble breathing, are coughing, or have a fever, please call us BEFORE going to a provider's office or local emergency room.
Prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
Avoid touching your nose, mouth, ears and eyes.
Cough and sneeze into your arm if a tissue isn't immediately available.
Reduce person-to-person contact with anyone who has cold or flu like symptoms described above.
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water. Each hand wash should last at least 20 seconds.
